I will try and avoid any PB&J cliche’s when discussing my joy for one of my favorite new L.A. labels – Analog Edition Records to put out a 7” of one of my favorite new L.A. bands – Stone Darling. Beyond the excitement of hearing these ladies on some lovely white wax, it’s also just great to hear some new tunes from this promising act. The A-side, “I Stopped Missing You Today” is a driving pop anthem about the best thing you can say to an ex-fling. The girls added some crunch to their guitars, and and a bite to their lyrics, but still sound just as charming as their whistful “All I Wanna Do”. Check out the tune below, as well as a link to purchase the 7” from Analog Edition. These are limited, so trust me you’ll want to get your hands on them.
