A Grave With No Name – “Streams”

“Streams” by A Grave With No Name is a song that sounds best at times when the sun is in transition.  There is an exhausted heartache in the vocals which drifts around the distant guitar, perfectly fitting the mood of dusk or dawn.

A Grave With No Name is the brainchild of UK artist Alex Shield’s.  His first album Mountain Debris (2009) was a well received blend of lo-fi shoegaze with some damn strong pop sensibilities.  If “Streams” is any indication of a new direction, we can expect some new material with a little more folk while maintaining the same melodic standards.
