Little Joy’s debut (and only album to date) is nothing less than charming. Since it’s release it remains an album I fall in love with every time I re-listen. It is an album that allows simplicity to shine through, only bolstered by Noah Georgeson’s production, light guitars, and soothing vocals of Binki and Rodrigo. “Fiya” a song by tUnE yArDs is a song that could easily find a home on Little Joy’s debut. It is a sweet simple song with a charming melody and a nice build up throughout its entirety. For some reason it’s hard for me to hear “Fiya” and not think of Little Joy’s “Don’t Watch Me Dancing”.
